A. EMOM 10 Minutes: Back Squat x 3-5 reps @ 55%
NOTE: This is a reload. Not meant to be heavy.

B.EMOM 20 Minutes (Start wherever you want but save rest for the 5th minute):
Min 1: 5 power clean (not TnG) (Make this 10-15% heavier than last week’s EMOM… ex 155 last week to 175 this week)
Min 2: 30 sec hollow rocks
Min 3: 100m run
Min 4: 10 handstand push ups (L1: HR Push up) (L2: Less reps and/or a scaled version like piked HSPU)
MIn 5: Rest
